In 2014 Alexander Kashpurin (b.1996) started his studies at the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory, class of prof. Tatyana Zagorovskaya. The pianist is a laureate of several national and international competitions. It is worth to mention Grand Prix and special award at the III S. Bendizky Piano Competition as well as Grand Prix and special award VII International Jazeps Vitols Piano Competition. As a soloist and member of chamber ensembles the pianist has toured all around Europe as well as China, Mongolia, Morocco. Alexander collaborated with such conductors as Gintaras Rinkevičius, Fabio Mastrangelo, Zaurbek Gugkaev, Maxim Fedotov and others. Pianist attented masterclasses led by Cyprien Katsaris, Dmitri Bashkirov, Gottlieb Wallisch, Daniel Pollack and others. He made several CD's under "Melody" label.
