Somang Lee (1989)

Somang Lee (b. 1989) took her first organ lessons in 2014. In 2007–2012 she studied at the Ewha Woman's University, class of prof. Sohyun Park. From 2015 to 2018 the organist continued Master's studies at the Detmold Academy of Music, class of prof. Martin Sander. Since 2018 she studies with prof. Andreas Rothkopf at the Saar University of Music. In 2018 Somang was awarded the third prize at the Maria Hofer Organ Competition in Austria. She had given concerts in Seoul, Detmold, Lemgo, Saarbrücken, Losheim, Vilnius.
