KEIKO INOUE is one of the foremost Japanese organists. Born in Tokyo, she attended Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music where she studied and obtained both bachelor and master of music. She continued musical studies at the Freiburg University of Music under prof. Zsigmond Szathmary. She performed innumerable concerts all over Japan as a soloist, her appearances with the orchestra, among others, include organ concertos by F. Poulenc and G. F. Handel, as well as C. Saint-Saëns Symphony No. 3 which were performed together with Dresdner Philharmonic Orchestra, Lyon National Orchestra, Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra, NHK Symphony Orchestra, Japan Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra. She has appeared in festivals all throughout Europe, America and Asia, has performed as a soloist at the Rockefeller Church in Chicago, the St. Eustache Church in Paris (part of the Paris Quartier d'Été Festival), at the Hong Kong Culture Center Hall with Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, also at the St. Maryʼs Church in Berlin, Church of Our Lady in Dresden and Helsinki Cathedral. She was a jury member of the international organ competitions in Russia and Lithuania and has released 10 CDs under Denon label, has featured in many TV and radio broadcasts. She is the organist at Omori Megumi Church in Tokyo, accompanying organist of the Lilia Hall and the Kings Well Hall, she also has been teaching organ at the Kobe College.
