Yana Serbina is a laureate of numerous piano competitions, including most recent wins at the Roma International Piano Competition and the Vilnius International Youth Music Competition Scarlatti Award, she also won a special prize at the International Piano Competition Neuchâtel Val de Travers. She participated in many festivals and projects in Lithuania and Ukraine and has gained a lot of new experience at the masterclasses with Gintaras Januševičius and others. Prior to the devastating invasion of her homeland, she studied at the Kharkiv National University of Arts with prof. Sergey Yushkevitch and has performed at the Kharkiv Philharmonic Hall and the Lviv Theatre of Opera and Ballet, among other venues. In 2022 she joined the class of prof. Justas Dvarionas at the Music Academy of the Vytautas Magnus University.
