Jinhyung Park began his piano studies at the age of 5. He studied at Yonsei University with prof. Ian Yungwook Yoo and currently continues his master studies at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media with prof. Arie Vardi.

His first recital was in 2009, in the Kumho Prodigy Concert Audition program. After presenting debut recital, he has performed many solo recitals in South Korea and abroad including Prague Spring Festival in 2017, the concerts in Bratislava and Paris. He has performed with Kunwoo Paik in the Theatre des Champs Elysees, also with the Slovak National Symphony Orchestra, Spanish Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra, the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra in Bass Hall, with the Gyeonggi Philharmonic Orchestra, the Gwacheon Philharmonic Orchestra, the KBS Symphony Orchestra, the Bucheon Philharmonic Orchestra and the Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra. Also, he was awarded with the scholarship from the Yamaha Music Korea and the Shinhan Music Award.

Jinhyung Park has won prizes in national and international competitions: he was announced as the winner of the Prague Spring International Competition (2016), he was awarded with the 1st prize in the International P. Jaén Piano Competition (2023), with the 2nd prize in the Panama International Piano Competition (2016), F. Chopin Prize in the Cleveland International Piano Competition (2016), he was the finalist of the Paloma O’shea Santander International Competition (2015) and the Montreal International Music Competition (2017), the 2nd prize winner of the Hilton Head International Competition (2013) and the 4th prize winner of the Korea International Competition for Young Pianists (2013).

In addition, he has participated in the masterclasses given by Alexander Kobrin, Jan Jiracek, Peter Donohoe, Ronald Brautigam, Lilya Zilberstein, Andreas Staier, Tatiana Zelikman, Alexei Volodin, Soojung Shin, Choongmo Kang, Vladimir Ovchinnikov, Jeno Jando, Pavel Nersessian, Jon Kimura Parker and Vladimir Sverdlov-Ashkenazy.
