Lorenzo Mazzola is studying at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts. He has played at the important venues, such as Teatro Donizetti e Creberg in Bergamo, Teatro Regio in Parma, Auditorium Gaber in Milan, Alte Oper in Frankfurt, Lithuanian National Philharmonic in Vilnius and at the other halls in Austria, Denmark and Sweden. He has won prizes in such competitions as the International Franz Liszt Piano Competition in Parma and in the International Schimmel Piano Competition in Braunschweig. He has received scholarships from the institutions in Italy, Germany and USA and had classes with prof. D. Alexeev, prof. P. Gililov, prof. J. Rose, prof. K. Bogino. L. Mazzola has recently played a selection of pieces by C. Debussy for Christine Lagarde, who deeply appreciated the performances.
